Overlooking the dance floor will be a quiet mezzanine lounge for conversation or viewing the action. The third level will contain a jazz lounge, decorated in the 30's motif. On this level is the possibility of a women's bar.

Also on this level, offices for gay businesses can be leased. The fifth floor will have conference rooms, club and design offices for the management. The sixth level will contain the health spa and Nautilus equipment and one access to the VIP lounge. The VIP Club also has a separate, private entrance and membership allows one to use any and all facilities within the complex.

The next section to be opened will be the main Trilogy Club itself, estimated to be finished by late 1982.

In addition to daily activities, frequent special events will be held appealing to a wide spectrum of interest in the arts, dance and music.

Together Chester Davis and John Allen have designed such places as Bogart's in Oklahoma City, Secrets in Springfield, Illinois, Southtown Cattle Country in Denver, and Tokyo, Tokyo in Fairview Park.

More recent designs of theirs are Dean's Lounge and Keys.

Chester Davis is currently a commercial interior designer and manages the visual aspects of various merchandising projects.

From 1977 to 1979, he was employed by May Company, Cleveland as Director of Special Projects and as Assistant Director in Visual Presentation.

He has been employed in visual merchandising by Gimbel Brothers in Pittsburgh, by Titche-Goetlinger Department Stores in Dallas, and by Carl's Furniture in Long Beach, California.

John Allen is an electrical engineer.

After graduating with high honors and a B.S.E.E. degree from Case Institute of Techno-

logy in 1969, Allen attended graduate school at Case Western Reserve University in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics.

In 1970 he was employed by the school as a lecturer.

Allen's graduate work in applied laser communications contributed to the implementation of the Laser Telemedicine System linking University Hospitals with the Veterans' Administration Hospital in University Circle.

Along with Dr. Yoh-Han Pao and Dr. Jonathan P. Freeman he holds a patent for the IM/FM laser modulation technique. In the early 1970's he and his coinventors formed Laser Communications, Inc. Allen's responsibilities included optical and electro-optic design, mechanical design, and electronics and interface hardware for custom laser systems.

In 1981 Davis and Allen founded Space Planners, a company specializing in custom interior, acoustic, and lighting design.
